We are looking to purchase buildings & sites throughout the South East of England, and welcome approaches from commerical property agents, developers or land owners.
We will assess a building or plot on the below criteria:-
• High prominence buildings (i.e. main road frontage), preferably close to or in a retail park, or major grocer / DIY centre.
• Close to centre of A,B,C demographics and concentration of small and large businesses.
• Minimum 50,000 population within 15-20 minute drive time.
• Flexible minimum 8,000 sq ft with 8m eaves to 60,000 sq ft.
• 3 to 5 miles from other established self storage facilities.
• Freehold only.
• 2% commission on completed sale price to Agents for 'off market' introductions.
